Hello Beautiful Boss Babes!

Happy Day After International Women’s Day to All, which every day is Women’s Day in my book so we are good!

I am feeling extra EFFING inspired today and want to share my love and inspiration with my amazing tribe.

Before I do, I want to make you laugh😊 Well, I’m still recovering from my plastic surgery on my back I had all of a sudden a few weeks ago lovers. I have been moving at a very slow pace, walking around like a zombie! It has been a fun ordeal for sure and especially with my mom as my nurse! When I got home from surgery That Friday, I almost fainted 4 times🌟🤣 and it gets soooooooooo much better!

My mom accidentally stabbed me with scissors when she was trying to cut my undergarments off, cuz I had them on under my compression suit and I was burning up🤕😷, hahahaha!
Then the next day mom raked this wicker trash can down my leg on accident cuz she thought I was gonna throw up and ended up making me bleed, lol
I was like holy shittttttt mom and she was laughing and saying sorry and laughing over and over again.
There are always crazy stories to tell that happen to me, with me and around me lol. It definitely keeps it fun!!!!!

Born and raised Southern ☀California blue-eyed beauty, Kylie Rae @kylierae is an amazing model and social media sensation that had my attention when I saw her in my soul sisters Lisa website @lkbphotography portfolio (which is the most sexy💋, beautiful and captivating photographer EVERRRRRR, by the way). I was like Omggggggg Kylie’s Blue Eyes are the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen!! No wonder she grown her Instagram platform to a very sizable following, for example, it went from 2k to 1 million in less than one year when she started. Holy Shitttttt that is impressive!!!!!!!

Q1. What is one of your most treasured accomplishments?

I have two that come to mind. In order would probably be that I graduated H.S with a scholar athlete award which meant I maintained a 4.0 while being on Varsity Soccer. And if you know me well, you know that I wasn’t the “school type” & I did have my fair share of getting into trouble, so this was actually a big deal for me! Second would be being published in Forbes Magazine for a campaign I was apart of!

Q2. Tell me what motivates you?

People who tell me I can’t. I like to prove people wrong 😉 haha

Q3. You are absolutely drop dead gorgeous, what beauty tips do you swear by?

Well that’s sweet of you! I have to thank my mom and dad on this one for passing along all their good genes haha! No but on a real note.. just the basics like washing your face every night & NOT plucking your eye brows yourself haha.

Q1. You are so fucking gorgeous , ambitious and driven, What is your secret to being able to wear so many hats in your growing brand?
How did you get started?

* Thank you so much!! I am a hustler and always have been one. I know in my hear of hearts what I am supposed to do in this world and I will work everyday and put as many hats on as I can to accomplish my goals. I thrive off of working hard, I thrive off of success and the chance of getting success. I grew up pretty poor and we didn’t have a lot of money. But the one thing that kept us going was staying involved in after school activities and sports. I was always staying busy, because when you are busy you have less time to focus on the negative in your life.
I started By Samii Ryan in 2009 after I graduated high school. I was making hand made feather hair clips, feather earrings, headbands.. etc. I ended up sending all my pieces to women in music and they actually started to wear my pieces. Some artists included; Kesha, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Victoria Justice and many more influencers and tastemakers. From there my brand was picked up by Nordstrom and we worked with them for a couple years on my jewelry. Now I have a clothing line and we are working with Zumiez and currently in over 200 stores.. I am hoping by the end of the year we are in all 600+ stored across the country.

Q2. What is your philosophy in life and how did you know you wanted to start your own business?

* I knew that I was special since I was little. I knew that I never wanted to have a 9-5 and work for someone else. I knew that I would be my own boss. The last time I had a real 9-5 job was when I was 16 years old working in a restaurant. When I was 19 my line was picked up by Nordstrom and I focused all my energy into my brand and modeling. I was lucky enough to be able to make an income off my brand and me having a presence on the internet. I knew I wanted to start my own business because I have always been creative and always had the want and need to make or provide some kind of fashionable item that people could wear. I started selling items on Warped Tour, Bamboozle, and Bonnaroo. Traveling and being able to meet all my customers was one of the most rewarding things I have done for the growth of my brand. I have a face behind my brand and I want people to be able to relate to me.
