Kristin has been teaching yoga, meditation and Pilates for over twenty-five years and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all thing’s health & wellness. Kristin is a powerhouse – an expert in Yoga, Pilates, Meditation & Wellness, former Peloton Instructor, Author, Mompreneur, – she’s a busy girl. She is also passionate about teaching and inspiring others how to treat themselves better.

Throughout her career, Kristin has been nationally recognized and considered a pioneer in making yoga more accessible. Kristin has starred in over 100 yoga and pilates videos including MTV workout videos, Bethenny Frankel workout Videos and her own personal brand of yoga DVD’s. which are all on her website
She has privately trained celebrities and has written books about the value of yoga in everyday life. She has appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Good Morning America, The Today Show and has been featured in Health, Shape, Vogue, and Women’s Health. As a busy mom of three boys, Kristin strongly believes that just a few minutes of yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony to your life. Kristin’s classes will ground you, challenge you to focus on the moment and connect your mind, body and breath.

MY INTERVIEW WITH KRISTIN MCGEE
Q1. Your portfolio and accomplishments are off the chart. What’s next for you?
I am not 100% sure I do have a few books I am writing. I’m looking forward to spending time with my boys and also traveling more! I’m working on a way to continue to teach and offer content.
Q2. Now that the kids are older, how do you balance being an incredible mom, wife, work and of course time for you?
I still have a lot of kid duties and I think whatever age your kids are it’s still a full-time hands-on job. I am divorced, so I am a single mom. I love to teach so teaching is often built into my environment. I can take the kids to school and see clients. I can also work one on one with people via zoom.
I always wake up at 5am to meditate and that is my ME time.
Q3. Favorite morning routine to get aligned/grounded to start your day?
- Meditation first
- then coffee and breakfast
- then movement
