Meet Hali Love, @hali__love her journey has impacted my life so much and when we met years ago, I knew that we would soul sisters forever. Hali, ERYT 500+ has been in the world of health and wellness since 2007. Having over 40,000 hours of yoga training and years of post -secondary education in western psychology, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Love is highly equipped to support and guide you through your journey. Her purpose is to hold space, support and loving guide.

Q1. What did you want to be growing up?
2 things. I wanted to help people, as I grew up with my Grandparents – my heroes. I feel that I am indebted to the universe to help people as much as they helped me. They gave me life. And secondly, as my Grandfather was a Canadian world war 2 hero, I wanted to join the army and be a fighter jet pilot.
Q2. What is one of your most treasured accomplishments?
Being a mom to my beautiful daughter Bili B.
Q3. Tell us how you process life stress or if you just have to much on your plate at one time? Ex: Yoga, Workout/Exercise, Meditation, Alone Time, Journal or all the above.
I meditate everyday. I commit to visit my personal development work each and every week (usually more). I practice yoga 5 times per week and recently started to weight train..something changes after 40!! I set schedules with my counseling clients, I only take on a certain number of clients per month. I turn my phone off at night, and (usually haha) do not bring my computer to bed to continue working aka personal work boundaries.
Q4. Do you have any secrets or a strategy that has helped when you are coaching others?
Yes. Both individual, couples and corporations – diving right into the foundation of each individuals limiting thoughts and behaviors.
Q5. What is the 6-Bodies Method?
The 6 bodies method is a method I created a few years ago to expand my own yoga practice. The mind, body, spirit talk did not resonate with me.
Q6. If you could speak to one woman from history, who would it be? It can be anyone….
My grandma. She passed years ago, but was the most wise, most loving women I ever knew.
Q7. What is your definition of success?
Contentment in all areas of life: love, health, wealth, self image and career.
Q8. What do you enjoy most about Costa Rica?
My new husband (of just over two years). The air, the sun, the sand, the healing energy. My yoga shala, meeting new people.
